F Class cast resin transformers

At Tesla Transformers, we manufacture three-phase transformers encapsulated in Class F epoxy resin, with power ratings of up to 20 MVA and voltages of up to 52 kV. These transformers, designed in accordance with NTC, RETIE, and IEC-EN standards, offer a high level of safety and resistance in demanding environments. The autoclave encapsulation process and the use of Class F materials guarantee excellent insulation and protection against moisture and contamination.

In addition to their robustness, our Class F encapsulated transformers are characterized by their efficiency. The grain-oriented steel magnetic core minimizes losses and noise, while K-factor designs allow for effective harmonic control. We offer air cooling options and customization with temperature monitors, surge protection, and bimetallic connectors.
