We have contributed cutting-edge national technology to the first wind energy projects in Colombia, specifically in:
- Jepírachi Wind Farm (Uribia, La Guajira): 15 wind turbines with a total capacity of 19.5 MW.
- Guajira I Wind Farm: one of the strategic projects for the national energy transition.
Both parks are located in an area with high wind potential (Class 7), with average wind speeds close to 10 m/s, making La Guajira an ideal epicenter for the development of wind farms.
Epoxy Resin Dry Transformers for Wind Energy
For these demanding environments, we manufacture 1000 kVA Class F epoxy resin dry transformers with voltages of 15/1,1 kV, specially designed to operate in extreme conditions and common areas of wind farms.
